Solution Provider / Vendor Display /Sponsor Pricing – Per Event

Silver Solution Provider – $1,000

Silver Solution Provider includes a standard display table of a size determined by the venue, along with two (2) attendees from your company. (covers meals and activities for attendees)

 

Gold Solution Provider – $1,500

Gold Solution Provider includes a standard display table of a size determined by the venue, along with four (4) attendees from your company. (covers meals and activities for attendees)

 

Platinum Solution Provider – $2,000

Platinum Solution Provider includes a standard display table of a size determined by the venue, along with six (6) attendees from your company. (covers meals and activities for attendees)

 

Additional Tables and/or Attendees

For presenters needing additional tables or attendees: Each additional table within a display level above is $250. Each additional attendee over the above display levels is $150.

 

Conference Event Sponsorship for Fall

The NYS 9-1-1 Coordinators always needs sponsors for breaks and meals to help keep our events well attended and our attendees happy! Solution Providers are encouraged to sponsor Breakfast, Lunches, Breaks, or the Event Night at the following levels. Sponsors for these events will have their name and logo visible during the sponsored time, and announced to the attendees when possible. In the event of multiple sponsorships, sponsorships will be shared. For exclusivity on sponsoring a specific event, please contact us for details!

 

Breakfast Sponsor - $1,500

Break Sponsor - $750

Lunch Sponsor (Tuesday) - $2,000

Awards Luncheon (Wednesday) - $2,500

Event Night Sponsors - 

•  Hors D'oeuvres (hot and cold) - $1,000 each

• Stations - $1,500

• Refreshments - $2,500

 

Note to Solution Providers – Moving forward, the NYS 9-1-1 Coordinators will be limiting available booth space at each venue. The number of booths will be predetermined for each conference. This will prevent the conference display area from being too cramped, and thus preventing or discouraging attendees from visiting the presentations.
